When I’m overwhelmed, this little tattoo looks up at me and asks, “Which tool should we try first?” 📝🏕🧘🏻‍♀️🛀🏼😪🏃🏻‍♀️📚📞⏳ It‘s my reminder that I have all the tools I need.

Lately, the tool I’ve been turning to most is my breath, specifically through conscious connected breathing. Therapeutic breath work helps me surface and release limiting—sometimes painful—emotional/ mental/ physical/ spiritual/ (it’s~all~one~big~thing) blocks that hold me back from living my life authentically.

This holistic healing practice breaks me wide open every time. It is often relaxing, sometimes terrifying, usually cathartic, and always insightful.
